The Board of Assura is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting
held on 18 May 2007 in Guernsey, all resolutions were passed by shareholders.

Copies of all resolutions (other than resolutions concerning ordinary business)
have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available
