announce that Serena Tremlett has been appointed as a non-executive director of
the Company with effect from 5 September 2005.

Serena is a Manager of Mourant Guernsey Limited, which provides administrative
services to the Company, as part of the Mourant Group, a specialist professional
services firm with offices in multiple jurisdictions.  Serena has twenty years'
experience in the offshore finance industry and has held directorships on other
listed and unlisted property and private equity fund boards.
