Confirmation of Quarterly Interim Dividend

Assura Group Limited, the UK's leading primary healthcare property company, confirms that the third quarterly interim cash dividend for the period from 1 October to 31 December 2012 of 0.285 pence per share will be paid on 23 January 2013 to shareholders on the register on 11 January 2013 (the "Record Date"). The ex-dividend date will be 9 January 2013.
