The Board of Pentagon announces that Danielle Stewart, one of its non-executive
directors and company secretary, has retired from these positions, effective
from 30 July 2004. Following this, Terry Harrington has been appointed as
company secretary and the Board is actively seeking to recruit a finance 
director. The Group anticipates making an announcement in this regard in due 
course.
