EDINBURGH DRAGON TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 4 March 2015, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 34,000 of its own 20p ordinary shares at 282.0 pence per share for cancellation. Following the buy back, there are 196,268,642 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
