EDINBURGH DRAGON TRUST PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 16 May 2008, Edinburgh Dragon Trust plc purchased 50,000 of its own 20p ordinary shares at 162.67 pence per share for cancellation. Following the buy back, there are 232,310,375 ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
