                                  Board Change

Anite Group plc ('Anite' or the 'Group') announces today that its Group Finance
Director and Company Secretary, Simon Hunt, 56, has resigned from the Board with
immediate effect, to pursue other interests.

The Board of Anite would like to express its thanks for Simon's significant
contribution and dedication to the Group's transformation and success since his
appointment in 1996.

The Board will be seeking to appoint a successor as soon as is practical and a
further announcement will be made as appropriate.
