Christopher Humphrey, the Finance Director of Anite Group plc, who was appointed
with effect from 3 February 2003, has, today, been granted an option over 34,278
10p ordinary shares at an exercise price of 23p under the Company's Savings
Related Share Option Scheme.  The option is exercisable from 18 February 2008 to
18 August 2008. The total number of 10p ordinary shares over which Mr Humphrey
has an option is 34,278.
