Anite Group plc, the European consultancy and services' company, has today been
notified of the following purchase made today of its ordinary shares by a
director of the Company:


  • Graham Caleb, the senior independent non-executive Director, purchased
    15,700 shares, representing 0.005% of the issued ordinary share capital of
    the Company, at 124.5 pence per share


Following these transactions, Mr Caleb holds 29,100 shares in Anite,
representing a holding of 0.01% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
company.
