PDMRs' Shareholdings

Anite plc ("Anite") was notified on 7^th July 2011 that on 6^th July 2011, Mr Michael Kingswood, a person discharging managerial responsibility, sold 26,000 of the company's ordinary shares in the London market at 73 pence per share.  Following this notification, his holding totals 32,861 ordinary shares of 11.25 pence each.

This notice is given in fulfillment of obligations under DTR3.1.2R and DTR3.1.4R (1) (a).
