Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority for a total of
108,987 Ordinary shares of 10p each ('shares') to be admitted to the Official
List and the London Stock Exchange plc for trading.

It is expected that admission will be granted on 14 August 2001 and that
trading will commence on 15 August 2001

These shares are being issued in connection with the Company's deferred
consideration for the purchase of Imasys Work Management Limited

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
