Piccadilly Growth Trust plc
The Company has today declared a second interim dividend (in lieu of a final
dividend) in respect of the year ended 30 April 2001 as follows:
The dividend of 1p net per Ordinary share of 1p will be paid on 31 August 2001
to the holders of Ordinary shares on the register as at 4 May 2001.
