Company, purchased 6,000 Ordinary 25p shares of the Company on 2 August 2000,
registered in the name of Brewin Nominees Ltd. As a result, Mr Greenwell is
deemed to have an interest in a total of 209,637 Ordinary 25p Shares of the
Company (representing 2.54% of the issued Share Capital).
