Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 642,000 ordinary shares of 1p each fully paid ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List under an Ordinary Shares Blocklisting Facility.

Shares may be issued under this facility in connection with Shares arising from the exercise of the subscription shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company.  The Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing issued Shares.
