Acquisition of Shares

The Company has been notified that Mr John Dodd acquired 700,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company on 13 October 2008 at a price of 150.0 pence per share. Following this acquisition, Mr Dodd's aggregate holding has increased to 1,017,812 shares, representing 3.18% of the Company's issued share capital.
