RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Arkle Resources PLC (LON: ARK), the Irish gold and zinc exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held in Dublin today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The highlights of the presentation by the Company at the AGM are outlined below:

·    Arkle has three ongoing exploration projects in Ireland, Stonepark Zinc, Mine River Gold / Lithium and Inishowen Gold.

·    During 2022, on the Company's Stonepark Zinc licence block, six holes were completed, three exploratory holes and three holes focused on the south of the licence block close to the Carrickittle licence held by its partner and operator Group Eleven.

·    The hole at Carrickittle West, on Stonepark ground, intercepted a major zinc hosted fault structure. This suggests a high priority zinc target at depth which will be drilled to about 900 metre depth.

·    Drilling at Carrickittle North, also on Stonepark ground, discovered a zone of hydrothermal activity which is associated with large zinc deposits like that at the nearby Pallas Green discovery.

·    At Stonepark, the Directors believe Arkle is seeing all the hallmarks and indications of what could be a large scale lead zinc deposit. It is ideally placed next to the Pallas Green Deposit and recent drilling has identified that mineralisation is present at significant distances from the current deposit. This would suggest an extensive mineralised system at depth. In the recent drilling Arkle also found evidence of a major fault structure with significant displacement. The Company notes that these large scale faults in this geology are extremely prospective for Irish type lead zinc deposits.

·    On Arkle's Mine River Licences, the recent focus has been on lithium in the pegmatites. Lithium bearing pegmatites were discovered with the best grades in the Bunclody area. A subsequent sampling programme around Bunclody has produced inconclusive results.

·   Drill ready targets have been identified on the Company's Inishowen Donegal Gold licence. Work is expected to begin there in the immediate future.

·    In an additional comment, Arkle Chairman, John Teeling said that Arkle continues to explore other project opportunities and hopes to update shareholders in the near future.
