Grant of awards under the  Company's Sharesave Schemes

On 4 November 2022 Aptitude Software Group plc granted 8,696 awards in the form of options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme 2016 to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"). Awards were also granted to other employees of the Company under the Save As You Earn Scheme 2016 and the Company's International Sharesave Plan 2016 (together the "Sharesave Schemes").

The Sharesave Scheme options are subject to three year savings contracts. Under the terms of the Sharesave Schemes, the option price for the Save As You Earn Scheme 2016 was based on the mid-market share price at close of business on the dealing day immediately prior to the issue of the invitation on 18 October 2022. The option price for the International Sharesave Plan 2016 was based on the mid-market share price at close of business on the dealing day immediately prior to the date of grant.

Including the PDMRs referred to above, a total of 183 employees participated in the Company's 2022 Sharesave Scheme invitation, with a total of 589,932 Sharesave Scheme awards being granted on 4 November 2022.
