Microgen plc (the 'Company')
The Company was today advised that Mr Martyn Ratcliffe, the
executive chairman of Microgen plc, has today purchased 50,000
ordinary 5p shares at a price of 180p per share.
His resultant holding after this transaction is 4,450,000
ordinary shares representing 8.76% of the Company's ordinary
issued share capital.
