Benchmark Asia Limited, a company managed by Mr Wee Sin Tho - who is a director 
of Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc ('Anglo-Eastern') - has informed Anglo-Eastern 
that, following a reorganisation, it has distributed its interest in Anglo-
Eastern amounting to 1,200,000 shares (3.1%) to four separate parties, among 
them SouthQuay Global Markets Limited which now owns 244,117 shares.

Therefore, Benchmark Asia Limited no longer has an interest in Anglo-Eastern.

Mr Wee Sin Tho manages SouthQuay Global Markets Limited and is therefore deemed 
to be interested in 244,117 shares (0.6%), this being his only interest in 
Anglo-Eastern.
