Purchase of own securities and Director's shareholding



Andrews Sykes Group plc announces that today it purchased for cancellation
20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 114.5p per share.


The total issued share capital for the Company is now 73,040,672.


Jacques Gaston Murray, a director of the company today sold 20,000 Ordinary
Shares at a price of 114.5p per share.  Mr J G Murray is now interested in
50,916,257 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 69.71 per cent. of the
issued share capital.
