Purchase of own securities and Director's shareholding

Andrews Sykes Group plc announces that yesterday it purchased for cancellation
40,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 109p per share from Jacques Gaston Murray,
a director of the company.  Mr J G Murray is now interested in 51,076,257
Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 69.77 per cent. of the issued share
capital.
