Further to the directors dealings announcement made on 4 November 2008 the Jean-Jacques Murray Trust has changed its name to the Ariane Trustee Company and the Jean-Pierre Murray Trust has changed its name to the Eden Trustee Company. These two trusts are now the ultimate controlling parties of the Tristar Corporation and subsequently the ultimate controlling parties of the Company.
