Jean   Gaston  Murray,  Chairman  of  the  Company,  on  28  April  2000
transferred  a total of 48,000 shares for nil value to persons  who  are
not  connected under the definition of the Companies Act.  Mr Murray now
has  a  beneficial  interest in 48,435,600 ordinary 20p  shares  in  the
Company,  representing 52.5 per cent. of the Company's  issued  ordinary
share capital.
