                   Notification of Director's Interest

The  Board  of Andrews Sykes Group plc has today been notified  that  Mr
J.G.  Murray has transferred, for nil consideration, a total of  166,520
ordinary 20p shares.  Following this transfer his beneficial holding  is
reduced  to 47,771,935 ordinary 20p shares, representing 56.11%  of  the
Company's issued share capital.
