Directors Shareholding
On 13 December 2000 Mr JC Pillios, a director of the Company, exercised
300,000 options to acquire shares in the Company at an exercise price of
22.44p per share.
Following this, Mr JC Pillios' resultant beneficial holding is 413,580,
representing 0.46 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
