PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 8 February 2019 it purchased 75,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 134.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 85,474,682 ordinary shares in issue.
