PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 29 July 2016 it purchased 58,000 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 107.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 32,004,570 ordinary shares in issue.
