PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 5 August 2013 it purchased 55,711 ordinary shares for cancellation. The price paid was 101.25p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there are 27,798,054 ordinary shares in issue.
