The Company announces that it was today informed that on 17 March 2006 Gartmore
Investment Limited ('GIL'), Gartmore Fund Managers Limited ('GFM') and Gartmore
Global Partners ('GGP') decreased their holding in the Company by the disposal
of 2,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares').
Following this, GIL, GFM and GGP no longer have a notifiable interest in the
Company.
