The Company announces that it was yesterday informed that on 1 November 2005
Aviva plc and its subsidiaries acquired a beneficial interest in 380,000
ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). Following this
acquisition, Aviva plc and its subsidiaries are now beneficially interested in
8,050,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 3.07 per cent. of the issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company.

The 8,050,000 Ordinary Shares are held in funds operated and managed by Morley
Fund Management Limited and are registered or are to be registered in the names
indicated below.
