Entry into cloud software supply agreement

Altitude (AIM:ALT) is pleased to announce that its Trade Only® division, a leading provider of technology and information services to the promotional products sector, has agreed to terms with iPROMOTEu.com, Inc., which operates a network of independent distributors of promotional products in the United States, to supply iPROMOTEu and its distributors with Trade Only's cloud based software solution. This contract provides immediate access to substantial user base and will assist the Company greatly in gaining traction in the USA.

iPROMOTEu, which is based in Boston, Massachusetts, was established in 1999 and has over 550 independent distributor affiliates as a part of its network. Trade Only® provides a software as a service(SaaS) product for which customers pay on a monthly basis, providing them with a complete customer relationship management and business management suite. Users should benefit from greater efficiency, increased sales, and an improved customer experience.
