business, has been informed that Keith Willis, Non-Executive Director, has today
purchased 140,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the
Company at a price of 14p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Willis has a total beneficial holding in the
Company of 9,940,275 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 26.02 per cent.
