Dowlis announces that Mr Keith Willis, Non-Executive Director, has received from
his wife by way of transfer 2,629,500 Ordinary 0.4p Shares in the Company for
nil consideration.

Following this transfer Mr Willis' total beneficial interest remains at
9,800,275 Ordinary 0.4p Shares, representing approximately 25.65 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital.
