CHANGE OF NAME TAKES EFFECT

Alpha Real announces that trading in the Company's ordinary shares has commenced under the new name, Alpha Real Trust Limited, with effect from 8 a.m. today. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL have remained unchanged. The Company's ticker code has changed from "ATPT" to "ARTL"

In addition, the Company's website has changed from www.alphatigerpropertytrust.com to www.alpharealtrustlimited.com.
