RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 15 February 2013 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 92,947 Ordinary Shares at 339.97p per share (representing 0.36% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 92,947 Ordinary Shares is due on 20 February 2013.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 92,947 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 2,356,061. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 25,946,819 Ordinary 25p Shares.
