RCM Technology Trust PLC announces that on 20 January 2012 it purchased, to be held in treasury, 169,527 Ordinary Shares at 300.12p per share (representing 0.74% of the issued ordinary capital).

Settlement of the purchased 169,527 Ordinary Shares is due on 25 January 2012.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of the 169,527 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Treasury Shares held by the Company will be 1,119,372. The issued share capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will be 22,593,093 Ordinary 25p Shares.
