Pursuant to its authority to purchase its own shares, Close Brothers Venture
Capital Trust plc ('the Company') announces that today it purchased 12,000
Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 84p per share.
The Company also announces that Jonathon Thornton, Director, today purchased
6,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 84p per share.
