AFARAK GROUP - DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT SIGNED

Afarak Group Plc ("Afarak" or the "Company") (LSE: AFRK, NASDAQ: AFAGR) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Afarak Trading Limited (RCS) has entered into a long-term agreement with US company Carpenter Technology Corporation. Carpenter Technology Corporation has been producing specialty alloys for more than a century and their specialty alloys have been used in a variety of mission-critical commercial aerospace applications, including components for airframes, pneumatic ducting, turbine engines, landing gear and a multitude of other high performance applications found in the aerospace industry.

Afarak Trading Limited will provide Low Carbon Ferro Chrome produced at Elektrowerk Eschweiler-Weisweiler in Germany, another wholly owned subsidiary of Afarak Group Plc. The vertical integration of Afarak Group and its consistent quality are important factors considered in the risk analysis by aerospace suppliers.
