Result of EGM-Amendment

The issuer has made the following amendment to the Result of EGM
announcement released yesterday at 15.01 under RNS No 8821J.

In the second paragraph the number of new ordinary shares of 10p each issued and
allocated to Michael Boydell should read '446,686' and not '504,323 as
previously stated.
 
All other details remain unchanged.

ACQUISITION OF SUCCESS EVENTS LIMITED

The resolution approving the acquisition of Success Events
Limited was passed unanimously at today's EGM.  

As a result of the passing of the resolution 446,686 new
ordinary shares of 10p each have been issued and allotted to
Michael Boydell increasing his holding in the Company from
250,000 ordinary shares to 696,686 ordinary shares or 0.28 per
cent of the enlarged issued share capital.  Included in this
total are 223,343 ordinary shares held in the name of his wife,
Mrs Sarah Boydell.
