20,466,951 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 14.4 per
cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. This shareholding is
registered in the names of Mellon Nominees UK Ltd NIFF 3000102 (11,172,008
ordinary shares) and Mellon Nominees UK Ltd NIFF 3000032 (9,294,943 ordinary
shares).
