ADVANCED MEDICAL SOLUTIONS GROUP PLC (the 'Company')


The Company received notification on 7 May 2002 that, following the purchase of
1,250,000 ordinary shares on 3 May 2002, Invesco English and International Trust
plc now holds 7,812,159 ordinary shares of 5p each representing 5.5 per cent. of
the Company's ordinary issued share capital. The shares are registered in the
name of Chase Nominees Limited.
