The Company were informed today by Nomura
International Plc that they are now interested in
3,768,080 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Shares'),
which represents 4.03% of the Company's issued share
capital.

The Nomura Securities Company Limited is also deemed
to be interested in these shares.
