The Company has received notification in accordance with Section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 that The Capital Group Companies Inc. (CGC) had decreased its
notifiable interest in the Company to 4.88% of the 0.1p Ordinary Shares. This
represents an decrease of 410,130 shares since the last notification filed on 3
October 2006.


The shares are held by a subsidiary of CGC, Capital Research and Management
Company forming part of holdings managed on behalf of investment clients.
