Result of General Meeting

Cancellation of admission to trading on AIM

Admission to trading on PLUS Markets

The Board of Adalta Real announces that at a General Meeting of Shareholders, the special resolution was passed.

Accordingly admission of the ordinary shares of the Company to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 07.00 on 24 January 2011.  Admission to trading on PLUS Markets will also take effect from 07.00 on 24 January 2011.
