Directors' Dealings

Adalta Real announces that it was informed today that Nicholas Peter Trigg, a Non - Executive Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 192,709 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 10p per share.

Following the purchase of the Ordinary Shares Mr Trigg holds 297,464 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.44% of the existing issued share capital.   Together with the 100,000 Ordinary Shares granted under option, Mr Trigg's total holding represents 1.93% of the existing issued share capital.
