Actif Group announces that, as detailed in the Company's
admission document dated 24 January 2000, the Company has
granted 146,666 options to Simon Banfield, Finance
Director and 40,000 options to Martin Parker, Managing
Director - Retail. The options were granted on 23
February 2000 and the exercise price in each case is
17.5p per share.
