In conformity with the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 6, Accuma
would like to notify the market of the following:

Accuma Group's issued capital comprises 32,696,734 shares of common stock of par
value 10p each. All of these shares carry voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, Accuma Group plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
