The number of shares sold is 410,200 and not 410,000 as originally shown.

The Company was notified today that following the sale of 410,200 ordinary
shares in the Company, Fidelity International Limited ('FIL') and its direct and
indirect subsidiaries hold 2,626,105 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital
of the Company, representing 7.76% of the Company's issued share capital.  The
interests are non-beneficial and include interests held by unit trust schemes in
the UK and, by virtue of his shareholding in FIL, Mr Edward C. Johnson 3d.
