API Group Plc ('The Company')
The company received notification today from Prudential plc that, as a result
of recent sales and purchases, their notifiable interest in the ordinary share
capital of the Company is 2,280,545 ordinary shares, representing 6.73 per
cent. of the company's issued share capital.
