Purchase of Own Securities

The Company announces that on 20 March 2000 it purchased in the market 63,740
Series A Warrants and 39,549 Series B Warrants to subscribe for Ordinary
shares, for cancellation at 130p and 88p per Warrant respectively.  Following
this transaction, 528,583 Series A Warrants and 2,241,888 Series B Warrants
remain in issue.
